Job Description

Debt Relief Consultant (Commission-Only | $10K-$40K+/Month Potential) In Office (Experienced Candidates Preferred) About the Opportunity This is not a salary job. This is a commission-only role for serious closers who want uncapped income, warm inbound leads, and a high-volume environment . You'll be speaking with qualified inbound prospects actively seeking debt relief .
Your job is simple:
assess, educate, and enroll. No cold calling. No chasing. No fluff. Compensation (Simple. Transparent. Scalable.) $200 per closed deal Paid bi-weekly No cap. No draw. No limits. This is a volume-driven model — the more you close, the more you earn.
Examples:
Close 5 deals/day = $1,000/day → ~$20,000/month Close 10 deals/day = $2,000/day → ~$40,000/month Close 3 deals/day = $600/day → ~$12,000/month Even at modest performance levels, reps consistently earn $10K+ per month , with top performers scaling far beyond that. What You'll Do Take inbound, pre-qualified calls only (no cold calling) Conduct consultative financial assessments Recommend appropriate debt relief solutions Present and enroll clients into programs Clearly explain terms with confidence and compliance Accurately document enrollments in CRM Hit personal production goals What We Provide Warm inbound lead flow CRM, dialer, and full sales infrastructure Proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection handling Compliance training and oversight Ongoing coaching and performance support Who This Is For Debt settlement or financial services closers High-accountability sales professionals Consultants comfortable controlling a phone call People who want high income tied directly to performance Requirements Sales or financial services experience preferred Strong phone presence and closing ability Reliable internet and professional workspace Availability during West Coast business hours High integrity and compliance mindset Work Model In Office -
