This 100% onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a busy sales team, coordinating details across departments, and helping keep customer opportunities moving forward. This is not a typical administrative role. As the Sales Administrator, you will serve as the operational backbone of the sales process, helping representatives prepare for meetings, manage follow-ups, track opportunities, coordinate product information, and ensure buyers and internal teams stay aligned. The environment is creative, fast-moving, and team-oriented, with supportive leadership, strong collaboration, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven sales support professional who has experience in distribution or manufacturing and enjoys being close to customer activity, product launches, logistics, and account coordination. Key Responsibilities Prepare sales representatives for meetings by organizing presentations, product information, pricing, samples, and key talking points. Track open sales opportunities, customer follow-ups, sample requests, order status, timelines, and next steps to keep deals moving forward. Serve as a key point of coordination between Sales, Product Development, Operations, Logistics, and customers. Support new customer onboarding, documentation, account setup, contracts, proposals, and sales records. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and help resolve questions related to orders, product information, logistics, and timelines. Improve sales administration processes by maintaining accurate data and creating organized systems that support efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate:
$23.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Type:
Direct hire.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, full time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Work Arrangement:
100% onsite in Ontario, CA.
