As a Verizon Enrollment Representative, you will engage directly with residential customers, promote Verizon wireless products and services, and guide customers through the enrollment process. Verizon Enrollment Representative Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with residential customers in assigned territories. Generate new sales opportunities by actively engaging with prospective customers. Promote Verizon wireless products, services, and promotions through consultative sales conversations. Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions that drive sales results. Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process to complete successful sales transactions. Build strong customer relationships that support future sales opportunities and referrals. Answer customer questions and overcome objections using effective sales techniques. Track customer interactions, enrollments, and sales activity accurately. Stay informed on Verizon products, promotions, and industry trends to strengthen sales performance. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals. Consistently contribute to overall company sales growth and customer acquisition efforts. Verizon Enrollment Representative Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in developing a career in sales and customer acquisition. Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed sales goals. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new sales strategies. Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face sales environment. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented sales culture. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields is a plus but not required.
