LED Lighting (Sales Associate / Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager) by experience

Position Overview We are hiring for Sales Associate, Sales Supervisor, and Sales Manager positions under this posting. Final title and compensation will be determined based on experience, skill level, and leadership capability. These roles focus on customer order processing, client relationship management, and new business development. Candidates with LED, electrical, retail lighting, or wholesale experience are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities (Scaled by Level) Sales Associate Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and delivery Generate new leads through outbound calls, research, and networking Maintain organized and accurate CRM records Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams Sales Supervisor (additional responsibilities) Support and guide Sales Associates in daily tasks Review order accuracy and ensure timely follow‑through Assist in training new team members Monitor team performance and help drive sales targets Sales Manager (additional responsibilities) Lead the sales team and oversee daily operations Develop sales strategies and growth plans Manage key accounts and high‑value opportunities Forecast sales, set goals, and track performance metrics Coordinate cross‑departmental communication to ensure seamless execution Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal communication and professional phone skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales Familiarity with CRM or order management systems (preferred) Knowledge of LED lighting or related industries (preferred) Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in LED lighting, electrical supply, or technical sales Background in retail or wholesale lighting environments Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ year of LED lighting experience strongly preferred

Pay:

$18.00 - $40.00 per hour
