Service and Sales Supervisor - Full Time, Hourly South San Francisco, CA About Us Since 1938, Auto-Chlor System has been a national leader in dishwashing equipment, cleaning solutions, and sanitizing products for the restaurant and hospitality industry. Position Overview As a Service and Sales Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and growing customer accounts throughout the South San Francisco area. This position combines customer service, route management, team leadership, equipment troubleshooting, and sales growth. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers while leading by example in delivering reliable service, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and hospitality customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Manage account renewals, pricing updates, and customer retention efforts
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services within existing accounts
  • Collect payments and assist with maintaining current account status Leadership & Route Operations
  • Oversee and optimize service routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Lead by example while reinforcing company service standards and expectations
  • Assist in coordinating schedules and daily route activities Service & Equipment Support
  • Complete preventative maintenance and service on commercial dish machines
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform mechanical repairs as needed
  • Deliver and replenish cleaning and sanitizing products for customer accounts
  • Educate customers on proper product usage and cost-control best practices Operations & Reporting
  • Track and communicate route performance and customer updates to branch leadership
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service support
  • Safely operate a company vehicle in various traffic and weather conditions
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or route-based experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to lift and transport up to 70 lbs daily

  • Frequent driving throughout the South San Francisco area
  • Availability for overtime and on-call responsibilities as needed Compensation & Benefits
