This is a hands-on leadership role where you will split your time between actively selling on the phones and coaching your team to peak performance. Uncapped earning potential — your hard work directly impacts your paycheck A supportive and energetic team culture Opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles Make a real impact in a growing organization Duties/Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a small team Inside Sales Representatives Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to individual and team sales targets Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings Monitor daily activity, pipelines, and KPIs to ensure consistent performance Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent as needed Sales Performance Spend approximately 50% of your time actively on the phones, modeling best practices and driving personal sales results Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and expand the customer base Maintain a strong personal book of business while supporting team growth Strategy & Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market conditions and company goals Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and improvement Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with overall company objectives Training & Support Provide ongoing training, support, and development to sales representatives Create and deliver sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and best practice playbooks Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement Customer Retention Develop and execute a customer retention model to reduce churn and increase lifetime customer value Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and accounts Address customer challenges and escalations promptly and professionally Identify at-risk accounts and implement proactive retention strategies. Position Requirements 2-4+ years of Inside Sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable spending significant time on the phones daily Experience developing or contributing to retention strategies Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools Highly goal-oriented with a drive to win Our ideal candidate will have: High energy — you bring enthusiasm and positivity to the team every day People-first mindset — you genuinely care about your team's success Problem solver — you tackle challenges head-on with creative solutions Competitive spirit — you love to win and push others to do the same Great personality — you build rapport effortlessly with customers and colleagues.
