Who We're Looking For Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a driven and experienced Division Leader, Siding to lead all facets of our siding division. This role is responsible for driving revenue, protecting margins, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring profitable growth across the full siding business. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands sales, production, installation, subcontractor management, and customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day functions of both the sales and operations teams, work closely with internal and external partners, and ensure the siding division continues to grow efficiently and profitably. What You'll Be Doing Division Leadership:
Lead the siding division across sales, production, installation, subcontractor management, and customer experience
Product Expertise:
Serve as the company expert on James Hardie siding products, installation standards, warranty requirements, and best practices
Revenue & Margin Management:
Own pricing discipline, labor/material cost control, job profitability, and overall divisional financial performance
Sales Leadership:
Coach and develop the siding sales team, support high-value opportunities, improve close rates, and build repeatable sales processes
Production Oversight:
Manage the siding installation calendar, project execution, cycle times, inspections, and project closeout
Subcontractor Management:
Recruit, qualify, onboard, and manage subcontractor crews while monitoring labor efficiency and quality standards
Process Improvement:
Develop SOPs, handoff processes, escalation procedures, and scalable systems to support division growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, pre-sales, procurement, production, and leadership to improve lead quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Performance Reporting:
Track revenue, margins, schedule adherence, rework, warranty claims, customer satisfaction, and team scorecards
What You Need Leadership Ability:
Proven ability to lead sales, production, and field teams with accountability and urgency
Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of siding products, installation standards, and customer value propositions; James Hardie experience strongly preferred
Financial Discipline:
Ability to manage pricing, margins, labor costs, materials, and profitability across a division
Operational Experience:
Strong background in construction, exterior remodeling, production, or project management
Sales Experience:
Ability to coach, train, and improve sales performance across a team
Technology Skills:
Proficiency using an iPad and business applications
Communication:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in
English Bilingual Ability:
Spanish-speaking ability is beneficial but not required
Driving Requirement:
