PM Base Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 / Hour (Starting during training/admin phase)
Career Advancement:
Rapid increase to $20.00+/hr once licensed and transitioned to a Producer role. Job Summary Insurance Planning Alternative is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Grand Junction team. This is a unique "Fast-Track" position designed for a professional who wants to break into the insurance industry. You will start by providing vital administrative support to our office while we fully fund and provide the training for you to obtain your state insurance licenses. Once licensed, you will transition into a Licensed Insurance Producer role with increased pay, bonuses, and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Manage front-office tasks, including client intake, scheduling, and digital filing.
Client Service:
Assist current policyholders with basic inquiries and document gathering to support senior producers.
Professional Development:
Dedicate consistent time to company-sponsored training and study materials to obtain Health, Property, and Casualty licenses.
Policy Management:
Help update client records and ensure compliance with state regulations during the administrative phase.
Peak Season Support:
Maintain high productivity and support the team during our mandatory overtime period ( October 15th - December 15th ). Required Qualifications Commitment to
Growth:
A strong desire to become a Licensed Insurance Producer; must be willing to study for and pass state licensing exams within a designated timeframe.
Strong Work Ethic:
Previous experience in an office, customer service, or administrative environment is required.
Communication:
Professional verbal and written skills for interacting with Grand Junction residents and business owners.
Schedule Reliability:
Ability to work the standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift.
Seasonal Availability:
Must be available for mandatory overtime during the annual peak season (Oct 15 - Dec 15). The "IPA Growth"

Employer-Paid Premiums:
Once fully transitioned to a permanent IPA employee, we cover 100% of your Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
