Docketly, sister company to ABC Legal Services, is a growing company in Longmont, Colorado. For the creditor's rights industry, we make hiring a stand-in attorney easy, fast, and safe. By combining our own software with a nationwide network of attorneys, we have redefined the what's possible for the legal services industry.
Job Overview:
The Coverage Supervisor is responsible for leading a high-volume, performance-driven Coverage team supporting Docketly's operational excellence. This leader drives staffing performance, inside sales effectiveness, recruiting execution, and KPI attainment while developing a team of Coverage Specialists to operate at scale. This role requires a data-driven, self-sufficient leader who can balance people development with measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7-10 Coverage Specialists in a high-volume staffing environment Drive team performance against KPIs including fill rate, margin targets (36%+), drops, losses, and daily MTTC execution Translate recruiting and inside sales strategies into scalable best practices across the team Set, track, and execute against team and individual OKRs to ensure consistent performance growth Analyze reporting data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps; implement corrective action plans Manage escalations professionally, exercising sound judgment and solution-oriented decision making Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase speed and quality Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment on performance goals Maintain strong oversight of hearing losses, cancellations, and coverage gaps while ensuring proper approval workflows
Qualifications:
2-4 years of progressive experience in coverage and recruiting environments with clear career growth Proven strength in inside sales, including consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing Demonstrated ability to convert recruiting and sales tactics into repeatable systems for team success Data-driven decision maker with strong proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics Experienced in setting and operationalizing OKRs to drive measurable outcomes Strong continuous improvement mindset proactively identifies process gaps and implements solutions Effective escalation manager who remains composed and solutions-focused under pressure Holds team members accountable while fostering engagement and performance ownership Skilled coach who develops others through structured feedback, training, and real-time performance management Highly self-sufficient and reliable; trusted to operate independently while aligning with leadership priorities Strong communicator and collaborator across departments Demonstrates leadership readiness through influence, consistency, and balanced people/business focus Success Metrics Team consistently meets or exceeds margin targets (36%+) Reduction in coverage losses and unapproved drops Improved MTTC execution and staffing efficiency Increased team productivity and quality performance Strong bench development and succession readiness within the team Being a Docketly employee means: Comprehensive Medical, Dental Vision Coverage 401K plan with company matching Transit benefits Excellent growth opportunities
Pay Range:
$63,000-$75,000-based on experience
Schedule :
Monday through Friday-with a start time of 6am, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.
