We need an Entry Level Business Manager to lead sales campaigns for AT&T's wireless solutions. The Entry Level Business Manager helps their team explain the value of AT&T's nationwide 5G access, flexible data options, and trade‑in promotions in plain English As an Entry Level Business Manager, your training starts with mastering all things AT&T wireless and sales, preparing you to support your sales team, who connect with our customers about device upgrades and flexible data options. The Entry Level Business Manager also learns to spot coaching moments to refine sales techniques, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored. Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Business Manager Start approachable in-person, sales conversations that uncover mobile needs and introduce AT&T's newest upgrade opportunities. Explain device features, unlimited plans, and promotional pricing in simple, practical terms that support confident buying decisions. Guide customers through eligibility checks and device comparisons with accuracy and professionalism. Recommend AT&T wireless solutions that match household usage patterns and improve everyday mobile performance. Keep detailed notes on upgrade cycles, device preferences, and follow‑up needs to maintain strong sales momentum. Participate in daily sales briefings to evaluate performance trends and refine sales tactics. Qualifications of an Entry-Level Business Manager A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passionate about management or sales, no prior experience is required. Adapts quickly to new devices, promotions, and AT&T wireless offerings. Communicates confidently, helping customers understand AT&T wireless services Sharp attention to detail when verifying upgrade eligibility or comparing plan options.
