Job Description

We are looking for hard-working, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Representative. If you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers find products and services that fit their needs, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be the face of our clients, assisting customers, answering sales questions, and providing personalized recommendations. Customer Engagement Representative Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers in person to understand their needs and provide outstanding sales recommendations Promote products and services through consultative sales conversations Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage long-term satisfaction Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and solutions Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related questions professionally Track customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-up opportunities accurately Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve customer service and sales goals Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development programs Support daily sales initiatives and contribute to overall team success What We're Looking For in the
Customer Engagement Representative:

Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
