This is an in-person opportunity where you'll represent AT&T by meeting directly with residential customers, educating them on AT&T Fiber and wireless services, and helping qualified customers choose and enroll in the solutions that best fit their needs. The Entry-Level Management Associate role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by goals, and want to build a long-term career in sales and leadership. While you'll begin by learning our customer acquisition process, you'll also receive hands-on leadership training designed to prepare you for future management opportunities. Entry-Level Management Associate:

Represent AT&T as an Authorized Dealer through face-to-face residential sales Travel to assigned neighborhoods and communities to meet with homeowners and residents Educate customers about AT&T Fiber internet and wireless products, current promotions, and service availability Entry-Level Management Associates help customers compare plans and complete the enrollment process Build positive relationships with prospective customers while providing outstanding customer service Meet individual and team sales goals in a supportive, team-oriented environment Entry-Level Management Associates participate in daily sales meetings, leadership development, and ongoing training Learn business operations, team management, and leadership skills as part of our promote-from-within culture What We're Looking For in an
