The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring compliance with all CMS regulations, providing coaching and support to brokers, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and partners. Responsibilities Recruit, train, and manage a team of licensed Medicare brokers. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals. Monitor broker performance and provide coaching, guidance, and professional development. Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and company policies in all broker activities. Foster strong relationships with insurance carriers and clients to optimize plan offerings and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular team meetings, sales training sessions, and performance reviews. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records and reporting on broker performance, sales metrics, and client interactions. Requirements Proven experience in Medicare sales and/or Medicare broker management. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Supplement plans. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Experience in organizing marketing events and educational events. Active health insurance license(s) required; Medicare certification preferred.
