Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Center (BDC) Lead, you will: Support and motivate the ABS (Sales Representatives) to achieve appointment, sales, and customer satisfaction goals Assist with daily operations including inbound/outbound calls, internet lead management, and follow-up processes Help implement and maintain dealership CRM procedures and best practices Ensure accurate customer information is entered and maintained within the CRM system Work closely with management to improve lead conversion, appointment show rates, and overall customer experience Stay informed on Audi products, dealership promotions, and current market trends Provide exceptional customer service while helping drive dealership growth
Qualifications:
