- HVAC (In-Office Position) Fort Myers, FL 33901 Amazing Air Amazing Air is seeking an experienced Lead Telemarketer to join our growing team. This is NOT a work-from-home position
- this role is fully in-office and requires a strong leader who can perform under pressure and lead the team by example.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00 AM
- 4:30
PM Pay:
$17- 18 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to schedule Preventative Maintenance appointments for HVAC systems Lead and motivate the team while maintaining high performance standards Train and guide team members through proven call strategies Maintain professionalism and productivity in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:
Minimum 6 years of telemarketing experience (REQUIRED) Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example Must be comfortable working under pressure and meeting goals Excellent communication and customer service skills- If you do not meet the experience requirement, this position is not for you.
