Duties Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships across various markets. Conduct retail sales consultations, explaining policy options clearly and confidently to customers. Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining profitable margins for the company. Manage sales administration processes, including documentation, follow-up, and benefits administration for clients. Apply analysis skills to assess client needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Use multilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases, enhancing customer satisfaction. Perform telemarketing outreach to generate leads and promote insurance products proactively. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients within targeted communities. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information related to health insurance policies. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and sales progress. Demonstrated ability to analyze client data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Experience in benefits administration or benefits consulting is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to health insurance is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Previous telemarketing or marketing experience that showcases your ability to generate leads and build rapport with prospects.
