We are seeking a Working BDC Manager to lead, organize, and elevate our Business Development Center. This is not a "sit in the office and look at spreadsheets" role. You will be a player-coach —responsible for managing the department, coaching a small team, and rolling up your sleeves to handle your own share of fresh internet leads and inbound calls. Work closely with Sales Managers and the F&I department to ensure smooth hand-offs from the BDC to the showroom.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (response time, appointment set rate, show rate) and report directly to the General Manager. Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of automotive BDC experience.
Leadership Skills:
Proven track record of coaching others or a strong desire to transition from Top Producer to Supervisor.

Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to write professional, compelling emails/texts.

A resilient attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid of high-volume outbound activity. What We Offer Competitive payplan. Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k). Paid time off and vacation. A supportive, high-energy management team and a massive inventory to sell from. Clear pathways for career advancement into upper dealership management. To Apply If you are a process-driven closer who can lead a team while still dominating the boards, apply today with your resume and a brief summary of your recent BDC achievements (e.g., average monthly appointments set/shown) or come in to the dealership to interview with the General Manager. All inquires will be kept strictly confidential .
