PRODUCTION MANAGER
(Must have in-home outside sales, warehouse, AND production experience) OX Floor Coatings, www.oxfloors.com, has its eyes set to expand its fifth location in
Florida:
the Jacksonville, FL area. OX is searching for an exceptional and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the entire sales and operations of this new store location.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Manager will manage and grow assigned sales territory through effective leadership of Independent Contractor Direct Sellers (outside sales reps) and will work closely with the Production Department (installation crew) to ensure accurate sales orders, timely floor installation, and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with Installation department to ensure accurate sales orders and timely installation
  • Routinely review Crew Leads performance reports to identify areas of improvement and opportunity for assigned team and territory
  • Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings
  • Assist with interviewing candidates for the production departments
  • Understand & Adhere to quality safety standards and health & safety regulations
  • Be willing to step in to perform the same duties as your staff when needed‪
  • Perform other duties as assigned ‪
EXPERIENCE, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EDUCATION
  • Solid 5
  • 7 years of management experience to include, but not limited to, overseeing operations of an entire location/storefront, staffing, production, Crew Leads, customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the home improvement industry using a step selling program
  • Experience managing sales territory and multiple sales representatives
  • Driven by providing excellent service to our customers
  • Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to overcome objections in the sales process
  • Assist with installation, when needed
  • Assist with setting up the new store location with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing contractors
  • Upkeep and maintenance of company vehicle(s) to include tags, registration
  • Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, stand, push, pull, occasionally lift up to 40
  • Strong work ethic/hands-on roll up your sleeves mentality to get the new location up and running
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency using computer software i.e. Email, BambooHR, sales software, printer, scanner, iPad
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship from employer
