Sales Floor Manager — Business Funding Freyja Financial Group Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $250,000 - $800,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Financial sales Operations management Finance industry sales team management Sales team management Team development Key Performance Indicators Sales coaching Recruiting Sales pipeline management Lending Senior leadership Full Job Description About the Role A Miami-based commercial finance firm is hiring a Sales Floor Manager to take full ownership of its MCA sales floor. This is a senior leadership seat with a clear path to equity ownership and a compensation structure built to reward an operator who can build, scale, and run a high-output sales team. The firm is small, fast-moving, and growing. The Floor Manager will report directly to ownership and have full authority over the day-to-day operation of the sales floor. Why This Role Stands Out Most MCA floor manager roles ask you to fight broken systems while still hitting a number. This one is built differently. Every operational constraint that typically slows a floor manager down has already been handled: Salesforce CRM , fully configured with pipelines, automations, and reporting Best-in-class dialer that gives the floor a real conversion edge Consistent lead flow supplied by ownership — no sourcing required HR and hiring support in place for posting, screening, payroll, and onboarding Backend operations including submissions, underwriting relationships, funder management, and compliance handled by leadership This allows the Floor Manager to focus entirely on sales execution: hiring, coaching, conversion, and culture. Key Responsibilities Run daily floor operations including morning meetings, pipeline reviews, and live call coaching Hire, onboard, ramp, and manage performance for a team of MCA sales reps Set, track, and enforce KPIs across dials, pitches, applications submitted, and deals funded Own and continuously improve sales scripts, objection handling, and pitch frameworks across all products Conduct weekly 1:1s and provide ongoing coaching to every rep on the floor Collaborate with ownership on compensation design, sales contests, and floor culture Maintain visibility into underwriting, stips, declines, and renewals to coach reps through the full deal cycle Required Qualifications Direct MCA sales experience as a closer, not just as a manager Prior experience managing or leading a sales floor (formally or informally) Working knowledge of merchant cash advance, term loans, business lines of credit, equipment financing, invoice factoring, debt consolidation, and reverse consolidations Demonstrated ability to coach reps at multiple experience levels and skill profiles Hands-on leadership style — present on the floor, on the headset, in the room Track record of building and managing top-producing sales reps Strong understanding of pipeline management, KPI accountability, and sales process discipline Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with MCA funders and ISO networks Experience operating within a Salesforce environment Background scaling a sales team from a small headcount to a larger floor Prior involvement in script development, sales playbook creation, or onboarding program design
