Job Description

Sales Supervisor Orlando, FL 32701 | Hybrid | $90,000+ DOE | Direct Hire A well-established environmental services company is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead a team supporting customer service, inside sales, and broker relationships. This person will help drive daily sales activity, support revenue goals, coach team members, and ensure operational procedures are followed consistently. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven supervisory experience who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and working closely with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the customer service, inside sales, and broker representative teams. Monitor sales activity, team performance, reporting, and revenue tracking. Assist with bids, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation. Help implement processes and reporting procedures that improve efficiency and accountability. Ensure company procedures are followed, including safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace practices. Coach, train, motivate, and develop sales staff. Communicate with customers, internal departments, and regulatory agencies as needed. Organize workloads, prioritize tasks, and help schedule team assignments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered. At least 3 years of related management or supervisory experience. Prior sales supervision experience required. Call center management experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, computer, and leadership skills. Ability to train, coach, and manage employees in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling reporting, bids, revenue tracking, and customer communication.
