What You'll Be Doing:

DRIVING SALES & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

BRITTO Experience:

greet, engage, build relationships, and convert browsers into loyal collectors. Provide leadership on the sales floor and inspire your team to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals. Use brand storytelling and product knowledge to create a meaningful connection with every customer. Train and coach team members on sales techniques, brand values, and Romero Britto's artistic legacy. Identify sales opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.

OPERATIONS

Operate POS and inventory systems with accuracy. Lead daily stock counts and inventory maintenance. Ensure opening and closing duties are completed according to the checklist. Handle daily cash deposits and other procedural tasks with integrity. Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to support all operational needs.

VISUAL PRESENTATION

Maintain an inspiring and immaculate store environment. Oversee artwork handling, receiving, and merchandise transfers. Ensure displays are creative, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics. Daily upkeep of displays and store cleanliness.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in achieving goals. Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback on sales performance. Ensure team follows SOPs and upholds brand standards. Assign tasks efficiently and communicate daily expectations. Report feedback, needs, and insights to leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum 1 year of retail experience. Minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a multitasking mindset. Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods (up to 80%) and lift up to 35 lbs. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
