The AT&T Sales Specialist will support sales efforts by speaking with customers, uncovering their needs, and presenting AT&T Fiber as a clear upgrade. Every sales interaction focuses on benefits, not technical jargon. As a AT&T Sales Specialist, you will be trained on how AT&T Fiber enhances modern home connectivity, from ultra-fast downloads to seamless multi-device usage. After training, the AT&T Sales Specialist will translate AT&T Fiber's benefits into effective sales discussions, drive daily sales engagement, and build long-term sales confidence through practice. Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Specialist Conduct conversations with our customers to understand their internet usage and introduce AT&T Fiber solutions that match their needs. Explain fiber‑optic benefits in simple, practical terms that help customers see how faster speeds and stronger reliability improve daily activities. Guide customers through available plan options and support them in choosing the service package that fits their home. Maintain organized notes and documentation for each customer interaction to support accurate follow‑up and pipeline clarity. Represent AT&T Fiber professionally in assigned neighborhoods, building trust through consistent communication and product knowledge. Follow up with customers to confirm installation details, address questions, and reinforce satisfaction after the sale. Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Specialist A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus. Dependable work ethic that supports daily sales goals and team performance. Steady focus on meeting sales goals while maintaining a professional presence.
