Job Description
Team Lead for International Sales (English Speaking) We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our international sales team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives from different nationalities, including Pakistanis and Filipinos. Your main duty will be to oversee the sales process and ensure that your team meets their targets and objectives. As a successful candidate, you should have excellent communication skills in English, as this is the primary language of our business. You should also have previous experience in sales and proven leadership skills. This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, with competitive salary starting at $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a multicultural sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Train and coach team members to improve their performance.
- Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales with at least 1 year experience in a leadership role.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Urdu or Tagalog is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
