Job Description

TriStar Aerial is a leading dealer/distributor of aerial lift and construction equipment that offers rentals, service & repairs. We're committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Sales Administrator for our Dublin, GA facility to support our team's efforts to get the best equipment on the market into the hands of America's hard-working tradespeople. The Sales Administrator is responsible for working closely with the Sales Manager to coordinate activities and communication between sales, operations, purchasing, shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate would be a motivated, dependable professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. They would be articulate, detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable, with an outgoing personality and a talent for prioritizing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks Prepare sales proposals and customer documentation Track and manage sales leads throughout the sales pipeline Generate reports and monitor key performance metrics Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support customer follow-up activities
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Positive attitude with a willingness to grow within the company Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8-5 (1 hour lunch break)
