Job Summary We are seeking a Dynamic Retail Sales

• Reservation Specialist to join our team.

Harmony Pet Resort is a state-of-the-art facility providing high-quality services including pet lodging, dog daycare, grooming, professional dog training services and retail . This role is responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, managing reservations, and promoting our award-winning services . This position is not a typical retail role. You will be responsible for increasing sales, improving the client shopping experience, and curating products our customers (and their pets) love. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical skills, proficiency in customer software systems , and experience in sales. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing and exciting pet care business by providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Duties to ensure that our guests are Safe, Happy, & Healthy. This list is not all-inclusive . Handle incoming calls from prospective clients and existing customers to book reservations, promote services and ensure exceptional customer service Utilize the company's proven sales process which ensures overall success Provide accurate and concise information to clients effectively while maintaining positive relationships Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs utilizing the tools provided Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationshipsExperience Proven experience in a sales-driven role with People Skills (You make everyone around you better

• clients, pets, and coworkers alike) in customer service required (pet care, hospitality, or retail preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections professionally Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written as well as accurate record-keeping skills Experience in customer service, business development, outbound calling, or marketing is advantageous Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Demonstrated success in sales (Ability to be steadfast and complete a goal).
