Non-Exempt Position Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Supervisor to support our sales team by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role enables sales managers to focus on revenue-generating activities by ensuring smooth internal processes and accurate data management. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations Maintain and update Microsoft Business Central (accounts, contacts, opportunities) Ensure data accuracy and track sales activities Generate weekly and monthly sales reports Administrative & Coordination Coordinate meetings, product demos, and client communications Process orders and manage internal handoffs Cross-Functional Communication Act as a liaison between Sales, Business Development, Quality, Production, and Logistics teams Support onboarding of new clients (customer registration) Follow up on internal deliverables and deadlines Process Improvement Support stabilization of existing business operations Standardize templates, workflows, and documentation Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements Qualifications Required Skills Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to learn Microsoft Business Central Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required 2-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred Success Metrics Accuracy of data in Business Central and Excel Satisfaction of the sales team Reduction in administrative workload for sales managers Timely completion of tasks and reports Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and process-driven Enjoys supporting others behind the scenes Takes ownership of tasks and follows through consistently Motivated by improving efficiency and enabling team success Inside Sales Supervisor 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Griffin, GA Hybrid work $60,000 - $65,000 a year - Full-time
