Overview:
We are currently seeking a HVAC Call by Call Supervisor to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our HVAC Call by call Supervisors are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, real time sales strategies, retention efforts, safety, and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities:
What Will I Do? Monitor and coach technicians on a call-by-call basis using KPIs, and call reviews Improve average ticket, conversion rate, maintenance agreements, and customer satisfaction Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling, routing, and call readiness Provide technical and sales coaching before and after service calls Review invoices, photos, and documentation for quality and consistency Identify training opportunities and collaborate with the training team Reinforce company processes, pricing integrity, and safety standards Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of technicians
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes? 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Proven track record of sales performance and client satisfaction Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
