Job Description

Job Overview Pinnacle Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and driven Field Supervisor & Sales Manager to help build and lead our Atlanta, GA branch . This is not just a field position, and it is not just a sales position. We are looking for an individual who can help develop business clientele, build a strong pipeline of repeat customers, sell and estimate services, lead technicians, and also step into the field when needed to ensure services are completed with excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, natural leader, problem-solver, and self-starter who understands the importance of customer relationships, high-quality service, accountability, and follow-through. This person must be capable of helping grow the branch while also maintaining company standards in the field. This role is best suited for someone who is hungry, professional, organized, and confident enough to help build something from the ground up. Services We Provide Pinnacle provides professional cleaning, restoration, and property maintenance services, including: Carpet cleaning Water damage restoration Mold remediation Air duct cleaning Pressure washing, soft washing, drone washing, and roof rejuvenation Tile and grout cleaning Janitorial and post-construction cleaning Odor removal, including ozone and thermal fog treatments Commercial and residential property service solutions Primary Responsibilities The Field Supervisor & Sales Manager will be responsible for both business development and field leadership . Sales & Business Development Responsibilities Build relationships with property managers, apartment communities, hotels, commercial businesses, contractors, realtors, facility managers, and residential customers Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential and repeat clients Follow up on leads, estimates, proposals, and past customers Perform walkthroughs, site visits, and customer consultations Prepare estimates, scopes of work, and service recommendations Sell company services professionally and confidently Identify opportunities for recurring work, seasonal services, turn services, emergency restoration work, and commercial maintenance contracts Represent the company in a professional manner during networking, outreach, and customer interactions Track sales activity, follow-ups, and customer communication Help grow the Atlanta branch through consistent outreach, relationship-building, and excellent customer service Field Supervisor Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise field technicians Coordinate daily field operations, job preparation, and crew assignments Ensure technicians arrive prepared, equipped, and informed Review job scopes, estimates, photos, notes, and customer expectations before work begins Oversee service quality, jobsite safety, and professionalism Assist in performing field services when needed Inspect work before completion to ensure it meets company standards Communicate with customers before, during, and after service Identify additional work needed and communicate recommendations clearly Ensure proper documentation, photos, notes, and completion details are recorded Maintain company standards for vehicle organization, equipment care, cleanliness, and jobsite presentation Help create a team culture built on discipline, quality, accountability, and results What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can lead from the front.

A confident communicator and relationship builder Sales-minded but service-focused A strong leader who can motivate and hold technicians accountable Professional in appearance, attitude, and communication Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities Comfortable speaking with customers, property managers, and business owners Able to estimate jobs, explain services, and close opportunities Willing to work in the field when needed Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality results Dependable, punctual, and accountable A problem-solver who can think ahead and make smart decisions Self-motivated and capable of helping build a new market Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Sales, business development, account management, or customer relations Restoration, mitigation, mold remediation, or water damage services Carpet cleaning, floor care, tile and grout cleaning, or janitorial services Property maintenance, facility maintenance, or construction services Apartment turns, student housing, hotel maintenance, or commercial property services Crew leadership, field supervision, project coordination, or operations management Estimating, scheduling, documentation, and customer communication Experience with job management software, CRM systems, estimating platforms, or digital documentation is a plus.
