Full Job Description F&I Job Summary:
Our F&I team members take our buyers through the financing process, structuring their deals, providing education about available financing, aftermarket products, warranties and dealership services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Processes deals with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely funding and compliance with all applicable regulations. Completes all documentation in a timely manner Offers vehicle financing and insurance options to customers, along with thorough information and aftermarket products, extended warranties and manufacturer and dealership products and services Maintains positive working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs Trains and educates the Sales team on finance and lease programs and a system by which all sales customers are referred to the F&I department Achieves sales targets and department goals Communicates with Sales, Administrative support staff and Managers to allow seamless execution of all aspects of the customer experience Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or leadership team
Qualifications and Skills:
