Responsibilities:
Develop and grow customer relationships. Provide leadership, direction and oversight to ensure growth and improved operational efficiency. Help develop and execute the Sales Plan for National, Regional and Local customers. Utilize Proprietary I.T. for Sales and Route management. Effectively lead local management team. Develop and foster teamwork, excitement and alignment with company objectives Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships Coach and develop Route Sales Managers and Store Merchandisers Lead continuous improvement activities Effectively communicate market conditions to management Effectively communicate performance standards to employees #lbmanagement
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of progressively responsible management in CPG/DSD Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs Strong customer development and relationship skills Strong sales and operations skills
Education:
BS/BA in Business or related field (preferred)
