Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Hands on
Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Background in sales or client-facing roles preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Communication Skills:

Responsibilities Maintain Organized Records:
Keep accurate and accessible client records. Utilize CRM for

Manage Policies & Provide Support:
Oversee client policies and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Assess Risks & Determine Coverage:
Evaluate needs and recommend suitable coverage. Ensure Compliance with
Regulations:
Uphold industry standards and ensure compliance. Collaborate with
Team Members:
Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
