The requirement we are trying to fill is for an Entry-Level Manager with the qualities of being motivated and driven. The target audience for the recruitment is people who need experience in leading and are aiming for higher-level manager roles.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the daily activities of the team. Help members of a support team with training and performance development Assist with handling sales activities, customer dealings, and relationships Work with management to develop and execute sales and marketing approaches Keeping a professional and positive working environment
Qualifications:
Good Communication Skills, Brainstorming Skills. Capacity to perform effectively in a team-based environment Ready to acquire knowledge of leadership, management, and business processes Good organizational and time management skills Prior customer service or sales experience is highly desirable, but not necessary
