Job Description

Bobcat of Indy is a full-service Bobcat Dealership specializing in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, track loaders, utility vehicles, and Bobcat attachments. Bobcat of Indy - Columbus is seeking a Sales Admin to provide administrative support to our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with various departments, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Monday - Friday Dayshift $19-23/hr depending on experience Responsibilities Assist and support the sales team with a broad range of administrative duties Assist Sales Representatives on calls and deal completions Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondences Assist in completing sales related data entry Assist in the Meet the Competition paperwork and Excel sheet process. Get an understanding of the sales deal processing and be able to find pitfalls.
