A-Sales Firm is a Boston-based team representing AT&T, one of the nation's leading telecom brands and we're looking for an ambitious Sales Management Associate who loves working with people and is excited to grow into a leadership role. This is a full-time, in-person position right here in the Greater Boston area. You'll work with customers, build real relationships, and help deliver top-tier AT&T products and services. What You'll Do as a Sales Management Associate Represent AT&T (and A-Sales Firm) with friendly professionalism in every customer interaction Get to know customers, understand what they need, and match them with the right AT&T products and services Drive sales through great service and solid product know-how Guide customers through the whole process so they leave happy, start to finish Help with account management, follow-ups, and answering any questions that come up Team up with coworkers and leadership to hit shared sales goals Stay in the loop on AT&T promotions, wireless products, and service offerings Build your leadership, communication, and sales skills in a hands-on, supportive setting What We're Looking For in our Sales Management Associates Some background in sales, customer service, retail, or telecom is a plus Strong, warm communication and people skills Motivated, goal-oriented, and at home in a fast-paced setting A knack for building rapport quickly and keeping relationships positive Good problem-solving instincts and a team-first attitude Leadership potential and a real desire to move up Why Join A-Sales Firm?
