Client Service Representative (CSR) - Commercial Insurance Hybrid | Competitive Benefits An award winning independent family-owned insurance agency with deep roots in the Greater Baltimore Area is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative (CSR) to join its growing commercial team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong servicing background, ready to support the commercial account managers and clients in securing tailored coverage solutions. You'll play a central role by managing the back office and maintaining system integrity—all while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance, and Evidence of Property Insurance Monitor and follow up on Direct Notices of Cancellation (DNOCs) Assist with Quoting Support Billing by preparing invoices, following up on payments, and responding to inquiries Process Endorsement Requests Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-ups
