This dynamic role combines outside sales, territory management, and team supervision to drive growth and customer satisfaction. As a key player, Your passion for helping clients recover from water-related incidents and your leadership skills will be instrumental in building a thriving sales. Responsibilities Manage existing client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Inspecting water damaged properties Estimating using proper CRMS Supervising ongoing projects Rotating on call schedules 24/7 Emergency Service Availability Required Scheduling as needed Skills Strong management capabilities with experience leading or supervising team. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities to client relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making; skilled in product demos and upselling techniques. Familiarity with the water restoration industry.
