Retail Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee daily business operations, drive sales performance, and oversee employees. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee inventory control , including tracking, ordering, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Lead vendor and employee management , including, but not limtied to performance oversight. Manage customer relations and sales , ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with an education focus. Support and execute marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements Utilize provided tools to track sales, inventory, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA) required Strong computer skills , including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) - nonnegotiable. Prior experience in people and inventory management required Experience in marketing or social media management preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowedlge of cannabis and the industry nuiances prefered. Must be capable of multi-tasking and problem solving under pressure.

Pay:

$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
