What You'll Do:

Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage options Support the sales team by helping generate quotes and follow up with clients Build relationships with new and existing customers Handle incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day office support tasks Learn multiple insurance products and how to match them to customer needs Help identify opportunities to better serve customers
