Job Description

Hampshire Farms is a leader in the horticulture industry, managing over 20 acres of perennial plant production. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, sustainable products and excellent service to our retail partners, including national big-box retailers. As a Field Sales Supervisor , you will manage merchandising and sales efforts across multiple Home Depot Garden Center locations in your assigned area. You will lead and coach a team of retail merchandisers, drive territory sales, and ensure execution of store-level operations, displays, and inventory management. An ideal candidate is a driven, retail-savvy leader ready to supervise a sales territory and make an impact in a hands-on environment.

Territory Opening:
Northwest Minnesota (Baxter, Fergus Falls, Fargo (ND), Bemidji and Grand Rapids)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail sales growth and visual merchandising across multiple store locations Act as Area Manager for your region; oversee daily operations and team performance Hire, train, and supervise a team of Field Sales Merchandisers Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store Home Depot management and associates Manage inventory and monitor sales through internal software systems Develop store visit schedules and ensure labor hour compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and merchandising standards Report performance and disciplinary concerns to the Field District Manager and HR Travel regularly within your assigned retail territory
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Merchandising experience Supervisory, management, or team leadership experience Customer service experience in a retail environment Proficiency with iPhone, tablets, and standard business technology Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report Ability to work weekends and flexible hours based on seasonal needs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions Experience as a Territory Sales Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Unit Retail Supervisor (preferred) Horticulture, garden center, or nursery industry background (preferred) Training and onboarding experience (preferred) Experience using ERP, BI, or HRIS platforms (preferred)
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work required across all weather conditions Manual labor (lifting, unloading product, setting displays) Weekend availability and seasonal schedule flexibility is a must Must drive regularly across designated territory

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
