This Entry Level Manager role is a field-based leadership opportunity where you will work directly with customers and homeowners in local neighborhoods while supporting the team's daily sales efforts and helping generate new consultations. This Entry Level Manager position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a career in sales and leadership. As an Entry Level Manager , you will gain hands-on experience managing outreach to customers, mentoring new team members, and helping homeowners learn about LeafGuard's industry-leading gutter protection systems. The Entry Level Manager will also help support daily sales activity and contribute to team sales performance.
Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:
Work alongside the team in the field to generate new customer consultations for LeafGuard gutter protection systems. Engage directly with customers and homeowners to introduce LeafGuard solutions and support daily sales outreach. Help mentor and guide entry-level representatives to improve customer conversations and sales presentations. Track customer appointments, consultations, and sales activity using internal systems. Support the team in reaching weekly sales goals and maintaining strong territory performance. Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from customer consultation to installation.
What We're Looking For In Our Next Entry Level Manager :
Competitive and motivated individuals interested in developing sales and leadership skills. Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers and homeowners. Coachable attitude and willingness to learn quickly. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Comfortable working in a customer-focused role. Previous customer service, sales, outreach, leadership, or team experience is a plus but not required.
