This paid apprenticeship offers a dynamic environment to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, focusing on our systems and processes formulated over thirty years, inside sales, negotiation, and marketing strategies. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, service administration, and compliance standards such as HIPAA. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in health insurance sales while enhancing their communication and analysis skills. Duties Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and administration records Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information Assist with sales efforts by serving prospective clients and expanding the customer base through effective communication and relationship building Engage in outside or virtual sales education seminars Conduct business with a family oriented, hometown focus Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly Demonstrated interest in warm leads leading to inside sales Basic analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products Experience or familiarity with sales administration or customer service environments is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about insurance sales, marketing, and administration This paid apprenticeship is designed to empower ambitious individuals ready to explore the insurance industry.
