Apply Sales Administrator - Charlotte, NC Charlotte, NC Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Sales Administrator will support our sales team, office staff, and customers by handling clerical & administrative duties. The chosen candidate must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be a team player. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones and greet customers/vendors Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports Schedule UPS/UPS Freight pickups Create and enter sales orders Coordinate with dispatch on delivery locations Trace, track, and expedite fuel orders Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods Benefits We offer a full benefits package including, health, dental, vision, and more Company paid life insurance and and short-term disability Paid time off and six paid holidays Requirements Must have at least 3 years experience in administration Must have excellent customer service skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must have a strong attention to detail Must have experience working in multiple ERP systems Must be able to multi-task Apply View All Jobs
