Pantherforge Inc. is seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Client Enrollment Associates. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates interested in developing a career in sales and customer engagement. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the enrollment process for AT&T internet and wireless products and services, ensuring a smooth and informed experience. Client Enrollment Associates Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers to present and promote AT&T internet and wireless solutions through effective sales techniques Assist clients with the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services using consultative sales approaches Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a performance-driven environment Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to support sales success Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment Client Enrollment Associate Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, marketing, or customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on achieving sales results Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$49,355.88 - $59,439.34 per year
