If you earn it, you'll get it here. Position Overview We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager with strong customer service experience and a leadership mindset.
This role is ideal for:
A senior salesperson ready to move into management An F&I Manager who wants more involvement on the sales floor A high-performing sales professional seeking advancement A motivated individual outside the car business who wants to build a career in automotive You will lead a team of 5-8 sales professionals, desk and close deals, recruit and develop staff, and serve as backup in F&I when needed. For the right person, we will move you into leadership quickly.
