Job Description
Automobile Product Specialist Job Duties:
Burke Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic product specialist who can effectively communicate with customers as to the sophisticated features of our automobiles. This person will need to possess effective communication and technology skills.- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles. - Ability to effectively communicate with customers via telephone and email communications; ability to effectively use digital customer management tool.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
