Qualifications:

Proven experience as an automotive Desk Manager required Strong analytical and deal structuring skills Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing sales staff Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on performance and results

Key Responsibilities:

Structure and desk deals with a focus on maximizing gross, volume, and lender relationships Collaborate with the sales team to improve close ratios and overall performance Train, coach, and mentor sales consultants on sales processes, product knowledge, and best practices Monitor key performance metrics and enforce accountability across the sales floor Support daily dealership operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
