In this dynamic role, you will serve as a passionate expert, helping individuals explore, develop, and excel in their favorite hobbies. Your energy and expertise will foster a welcoming environment where members can learn new skills, and achieve their desired goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for hobbies with your talent to inspire other entheusasts. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and contributing to promotion of the store Stay current on trends within the hobby community Stay active and alert on the sales floor, conduct sales, and foster a positive and fun experience for the customers Keep the store area clean, help the store owner with stocking and blocking shelves and displays, perform open and closing routines. Must be able to work alone and be self motivated and willing to learn new things. Experience Proven experience in the classic version of the hobby industry relating to radio control and plastic model kits. Be proficient in sales of product and knowlegable in trends within the hobby industry.
