We are expanding again!! We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and driven Call Center sales Supervisor to help take our sales team to the next level. $40,000•$55,000 PER YEAR (DOE)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of call center sales professionals Drive daily performance and accountability Coach team members to maximize production and exceed goals Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on success Assist with onboarding and ongoing development of employees Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Help maintain exceptional customer experiences and sales results
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR REQUIRED
Previous Call Center Team Lead experience
REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years of sales experience Strong leadership and coaching abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and develop people Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional, dependable, and goal-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
