Duration:
12 months Pay range : $22hr-$25hr Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in Business Administration, Sales Support, or Administrative Operations. Strong proficiency in MSExcel and Outlook. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Highly computer literate with the ability to learn internal systems and processes. Experience supporting sales operations, order management, pricing, or fleet operations is preferred. Responsibilities Support the Sales Administration team with accurate and timely processing of fleet truck orders. Create and maintain truck specifications, ensuring buildable configurations and updated pricing information. Manage order boards and monitor orders through the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle. Track and advance orders through engineering and production approval processes. Maintain a catalog of truck chassis and body configurations for sales proposals. Assist with fleet pricing quotes and sales-related documentation. Provide administrative support to the International Truck fleet sales team. Act as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, and Product Development teams. Analyze competitor pricing, customer purchasing behavior, and historical fleet order data.
