This is not a closer role in the transactional sense. This is a pipeline-driven, outbound, relationship-building role for sales professionals who want to operate at the highest level of craft, and who treat the conversation itself as the privilege. What You'll Earn Base salary plus uncapped commission Top performers consistently earn $120,000+ in Year 1 3-month paid ramp program: systems, then product, then on the phones by week 3 Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). What You'll Do Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins' transformational events, starting with Unleash the Power Within and expanding across the full event portfolio Run high-volume outbound prospecting into the Robbins Research database and past-client referral pipelines Lead structured discovery conversations that surface what clients actually want, and what's been stopping them Build emotional leverage and guide prospects toward decisive action Operate inside a high-performance, on-site sales floor. Competitive, measured, and built for mastery. Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce Own your pipeline, your scoreboard, and your outcomes Daily Activity Expectations 100 to 150+ outbound dials per day 10% connect rate target 15 to 20% conversion goal Who Thrives Here 2+ years of outbound, high-ticket, or high-volume sales, OR 4+ years in any consultative sales environment Comfortable running 100 to 150 dials per day in a structured, KPI-driven environment Backgrounds that translate well: high-ticket sales, coaching/program enrollment, event sales, fitness/membership sales, solar, home improvement, real estate, insurance, financial services, or any commission-driven team sales floor Resilient performers who treat rejection as data, not defeat Emotionally intelligent communicators who connect with people from all walks of life Coachable, hungry, and willing to be measured every day Genuine belief in personal growth and human transformation ✅ What Makes This Different Most high-ticket sales roles ask you to sell what people want.
